Is everything on your site really ‘free’ shipping?
Due to a special relationship with our delivery provider we’re able to provide free shipping for all postcode regions within the UK.
The only exception to this are items within our new 'Freepost Local' category. These are extra large items and are only available to collect from our warehouse (although we can quote for a delivery within the local area if requested). These products do state collection only in both the title and description to avoid any confusion.
There are restrictions on certain items such as aerosols and swimming pool chemicals when shipping to the outer islands or Ireland as this requires delivery by air which is prohibited for these items. If in doubt get in touch with us to find out if an item might be restricted in this way before you place an order.
How many products do you stock?
At any one time we can stock thousands of products from suppliers all over the world. Some of our products are seasonal such as garden furniture and Christmas stock.
How long will it take for me to receive my item(s)?
Under normal circumstances it should take 1-2 days to process your order and 2-3 days shipping time for you to receive your item(s) depending on where you are in the UK. Some destinations take longer to deliver to, such the Sottish Highlands & UK Islands. Deliveries to these destinations can take up to 3-5 days shipping time.

Do you just operate online or do you have a store as well?
We are mainly an online retailer though we do sell other items via our Facebook whew we often have competitions and offers. To view our Facebook page CLICK HERE. Do you help out with local charities and sponsorship deals?
Yes, we have been actively involved in donating items to charity and also sponsoring various events and organisations. If you have a question about donations or sponsorship please get in touch with us.
Why do you have similar products at different prices on different sites?
Different online retail sites charge different fees for us to list items for sale (Amazon, eBay etc) which means there may be a variation in the price of similar items on different sites. For the best value we recommend that you shop via this site as there are no fees for us to pay to list items on here. Periodically we have flash sales on different sites, which means you may find items at greatly reduced prices, but this might only occur on a specific site (Amazon for example).
Do you run special offers or promotions?
Yes, we run promotions and competitions on Facebook regularly. It's well worth having a look so CLICK HERE. Special offers are posted onto the Facebook page on a daily basis, so make sure you check that out. I need to return an item to you because it is damaged, what do I do next?
Items that are received in a damaged state should not be signed for and accepted from the courier, they should be returned to us via the courier immediately.

Do you sell items in bulk?
For some items we are able to allow bulk purchases, but you will need to contact us first to ensure that we have enough stock to fulfil your order.

Do you sell anything which is not listed on any of your shops?
Yes we often have items at our Abbots Ripton warehouse that we do not list on any of our sites, though we do often run promotions through our Facebook page and certain groups that we advertise in on Facebook.
